PRAU Strategic Plan 2020 – 2024
This Strategic Plan for the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU) highlights the association’s strategic direction and priorities for the period 2020 to 2024. It is a culmination of a comprehensive engagement that involved gathering views from a cross-section of PRAU members about what the priorities of the association should be over the coming five years. In developing this Strategic Plan, the PRAU Governing Council (GC) made every effort to ensure that the document is a fair and realistic reflection of the goals and aspirations that PRAU and its members aim to realise. The Strategy also provides an overview of PRAU’s history, its current context, and outlook of the future strategic areas that PRAU shall aim to prioritise in the coming years
